Data controller

Information we process
We process your account details, email, chosen language, dog profiles, documents you upload, bookings, consultation messages, reports, membership and payment status. Signing in with Google also supplies your account identifier and basic profile information. Video and audio are transmitted during online calls; integrated calls are not recorded.
Google sign-in
If you choose Google sign-in, Google supplies your account identifier, email address, name and profile picture when available. We use these details to authenticate you and create or identify your Yoguidogy account. Your account and sign-in profile are stored in Supabase; authorised administrators can access the account details needed to provide support. This sign-in does not request access to Gmail messages or Google Drive files. You can revoke the connection in your Google account settings. Revoking it does not delete your Yoguidogy account: contact the controller to request erasure, subject to any applicable retention obligations.
Purposes and legal basis
Account management, access to content, bookings, consultations, reports and service emails are necessary to provide the services you request. Accounting and legal records are processed to meet legal obligations. Security and prevention of misuse rely on the legitimate interest in protecting the service. Loading an optional external video requires your choice in the player.
Recipients and providers
Authorised administrators and the professionals involved in your consultation can access the information needed for that service. Hosting, account storage, email and call connectivity use Vercel, Supabase, Resend and Cloudflare. Google is used if you choose Google sign-in; YouTube or Vimeo only when you load their player. Payments, once enabled, are processed by Stripe. We do not store full card details.
International processing
Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Applicable safeguards depend on the provider and the service, including adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses where appropriate. You can request information about the providers and safeguards at the controller’s contact address.
Retention
Account information is kept while your account is active and needed to provide the service. Consultation, billing and complaint records may be retained afterwards for applicable legal obligations and limitation periods. Temporary access links expire and operational records are kept only for service and security needs.
Your rights
You can request access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability or object to processing where applicable by contacting the controller. You can withdraw an optional choice without affecting prior lawful processing. If a request requires identity verification, we will ask only for what is necessary. You may complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency at www.aepd.es.
Information you share
Provide only information necessary for your dog’s care. Avoid uploading identity documents or unrelated personal information. You can edit your profile and dog details within your account.
