Scope
Yoguidogy provides educational resources and separately booked online consultations. These conditions govern platform use. The particular service, price, duration and available booking conditions are displayed before contracting.
Account and access
Use accurate account details, keep your sign-in information private and do not share your account. Free resources are available according to their publication status; premium resources require an active entitlement.
Membership
Membership gives access to published premium educational content. Consultations are contracted separately. Prices, renewal terms and cancellation information must be reviewed before payment. You can access membership management from your account when payments are available.
Consultations
Choose the service and time, identify your dog and provide relevant information. A booking is confirmed after its payment is verified. Times are displayed in the Madrid time zone. Online guidance may require follow-up or an in-person veterinary assessment. It is not an emergency service.
Cancellations and consumer rights
Review the cancellation information shown before booking. Your consultations area allows eligible cancellations and shows the actual refund status. Requests and successful refunds are distinct. Statutory withdrawal and consumer rights apply where required by law and are not waived by these general conditions.
Responsible use
Do not upload unlawful content, access other people’s information or redistribute resources without permission. Share only material you are entitled to provide and that is relevant to your dog’s care.
